saturday morning

time

View it exactly, and feel cold
measure it by the sway of the trees
and sense enjoyment, at-one-ment.
waiting for it to pass can be an eternity; if forgotten
time is a gift
while many open it with the past or future
few enjoy the present

jus felt like expressin muh feelings

in transition

what age is it good to move out? I been wondering that lately especially...

cuh the atmosphere my parents present is utterly unhealthy to happiness. While conversation is reduced to "how are you" or "is the food good?" I realized well-practiced responses are depressing. Its either that or group activities consisting of vegetation at the highest degree - television.

I kinda wonder how my parents wanted to change differently from their elders, an important question bearing all our young minds.

An immigrant from England, my father, a self made man who believed in hardwork and trust came to America in pursuit of "The American Dream" or in other words an obsession for material gain. While growing up, i distantly remember him always in search of what he "didn't" have...

Looking at him now, he isn't the easy-going father i once knew. Not a laugh or a giggle - forced smiles, stinky eyes, and most noticeably an inability to love or share feelings. At the age of 70, his thoughts consist of time and money, while worrying about tomorrow, rather than enjoying today. Interactions are nasty and dissapointing.

I do not give my parents enough credit, maybe i am just heated over recent events... Sorry pawps, but theres more to life than tv!

somewhere fresh

Hi guys, I decided to move to a new a blog due to insignificant abilities on the older one. I have been taking photos, drawing, and doing a lot of thinking lately. Still no job, but i wont give up. I've just finished reading The Lost Symbol by Dan Brown, a great book i highly recommend it. "... Brain candy of the highest quality," says Chicago Tribune. It's actually opened up my mind to a lot of things...!
